The membership year runs from 01 Nov until 31 Oct.
Members can renew at the discounted rate from 01 Oct until 06 Nov

Payment can be made by BACS, cash or cheque. However the preferred method is online using a debit / credit card (it saves the treasurer time and effort reconciling bank statement and invoices).
