In House Development RIB Helms

The club has a long term aim to train off of it's RIB Squad is safe and effective rescue techniques. To that end a series of training / practice sessions will be run throughout the year. Training did start pre-covid and as lockdown is eased we can resume the activities.

This session is aimed at current PB2 holders and will focus on Towing.

Rigging and releasing an Alongside tow

Rigging and releasing an astern tow with single and multiple boats.

Following the practical session there will be an informal presentation / chat about the VHF Radios, features, operation and voice procedure.
